2023 National Girl Scout Convention

The National Girl Scout Convention occurs every three years and is a celebration of all things Girl Scouts! It will provide Girl Scouts with unforgettable experiences as they gain inspiration, tools to empower themselves, and the knowhow to lead change in their communities – connecting with some of the most influential women in the world. Girls meet incredible female role models and participate in sessions and presentations. Girls enjoy daily entertainment from traditional girl Scouts songs to dance parties and lot of fun! The 56^th National Council Session is the national business meeting being held on July 18 – 20 where delegates from every council across the nation and the USA Girl Scouts Overseas meet to discuss, debate, and vote on issues important the Girl Scout Movement, and elect national leaders for the next triennium.

Another part of the Convention is “Phenom by Girl Scouts” July 20 – 22, 2023. The Phenom consists of exciting experiences in the Expo Hall at Disney and other fun and enriching programming. The Girl Scouts meet special guests, attend the National Bridging ceremony, the Gold Award celebration, and take part in amazing activities and demos in the Expo Hall, and a great deal more events.
